Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or missing products received in your order.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition at the time of raising the request.

Replacement Process

  • Once your request and proof are reviewed and approved, we will process a free replacement of the affected item.
  • In certain cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product to our warehouse before sending the replacement.
  • Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product of the same value or provide store credit.
